Asia Online Acquires India Domain Web Services Pvt. Ltd.
Economic Times New Delhi (August 17, 2000) Asia Online Ltd., a Pan-Asia-Pacific Internet business solutions provider has acquired a majority interest in India Domain Web Services Pvt. Ltd., a web development services company that provides e-commerce solutions, net consultancy and portal management. Asia Online has already set up an Indian subsidiary and obtained Indian government approval for downstream investment.
Asia Online assembles a mix of tools to help customers grow their businesses, by providing benefit-based solutions, focused on four core Internet capabilities: Internet connectivity, Web hosting, professional services and third-party products sales.
